For You Treat Bag

Hi Everyone! Today I have a little project to share with you using the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits.

Our daughter was going to a Birthday Party and we gave the Birthday Girl a gift card. I didn't want to give it in the usual way. It needed something different, something unique! (Love my job!!)

For you, gift bag, deco label framelit, treat bag, Gift card holder

The Gift Card was placed on a separate piece of Cardstock, then we just simply put it in the bag!

Balloon Celebration for you!

Hi Everyone! Did you all enjoy Sale-A-Bration this year? My absolute favorite stamp sets are Pedal Pusher, then Sky is the Limit, and Honeycomb Happiness. What are yours?

Don't worry, just because Sale-A-Bration is gone doesn't mean I won't be showing cards/projects I have made with those stamp sets.

On Pinterest the other day I found a beautiful colour combination that I knew would be perfect for this card that I had been thinking about.

The colours are:
Strawberry Slush, Tangerine Tango, Garden Green, Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzazz. I need one more colour so I added Tempting Turquoise.

tiny tags, happy birthday

I stamped each balloon in the colours, then I used my Aqua Painter to colour them in. I love how it turned out!

Glittery Happy Birthday!

Hi Everyone! Sale-A-Bration has unfortunately come to an end for another year. I hope you stocked up on all the wonderful free stuff they were offering!

I finally got around to using the Metallics Glitter Tape. So fun! Did you know that it is wide enough to punch out the star, heart and flower from the Itty Bitty Accents punches?? Yep, it can!

See, I told you!

Today's card is one of the stamp sets that I got completely free from Sale-A-Bration (which ends the end of March 2016), Honeycomb Happiness.

I thought it went perfectly with the beautiful DSP Birthday Bouquet.

I stamped the ice cream and the cone on our Shimmery White cardstock, then I painted them in with an Aqua Painter. It looks so yummy!

The Enjoy comes from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits, I thought it was very fitting for this card.

I did have a thought after I assembled it all, that Crystal Effects on the ice cream scoops would have been a great addition.

Christmas Advent Calendar

Hi Everyone! Today I have a project for you, a Christmas Advent Calendar!

I had a lot of fun designing and make it. I wanted something that wouldn't take up too much room, but would be able to hold small goodies for at least three people (my hubby likes chocolates too!), and that I had to use what I already had. I couldn't go out and buy new things. It also had to be from one sheet. I didn't want to glue a bunch of pieces together. Talk about a challenge at first! This is what I came up with. What do you think?

Supplies: Trim the Tree DSP (4 1/2 x 6 1/2), clothes pegs, elastic string, Quickcuts (for the numbers), crimper (for the bottom of the bags), circle punches, star thinlits from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit, fast fuse, and a picture frame (29x21 Ikea). I love how it turned out!!!

They look like little chip bags!

I made a video so you can make one too! If you do, I would love to see it!

The finished size of each little pouch is 3 x 5 1/2. Hope you like it!

Mini Treat Bag for Halloween

Hi Everyone! Today I have for you a little Halloween project. Don't worry it's not too complicated or too easy. Just perfect actually!

I knew I wanted to use the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit for some Halloween goodies for my family. We don't do too much here for Halloween. So this is the perfect size treat for them.

mini treat bag stampin up, good greetings

While you have the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit on your paper, I added a circle framelit because I wanted to make the front a pumpkin. That way you don't have to run it through twice. Then I made a circle frame using 2 Circle Framelits (in Pumpkin Pie) and attached it with adhesive. The stem is actually from the Wonderful Wreath Framelit in Baked Brown Sugar. The leaf is from Quickcuts in Garden Green.

I put my goodies in a cellophane bag and added some black ribbon. Hope you like it!

Disclaimer: I LOVE all of Stampin' Up!'s stuff, but I already have some Halloween stamp sets and since we really don't go all out for Halloween I decided to spend my money on other things in the catalog. Plus I have a lot of things that are retired that I need to use up, which also gives you ideas on how to use up the products that you already have too.
