Petite Petals re-make!

Hi Everyone! Today's card is a re-make of one I made a few years ago for my daughters' Birthday.

This time I used the flower from the Itty Bitty Accent Punches. I wanted to use the Smokey Slate flowers instead of the cut out like the original. You can find the original here.

Happy Birthday, Petite Petals

Instead of those really cute flowers you could use the new Balloon Punch (the small one would work best), the Star or the Heart from the Itty Bitty Accent Punches, you get the idea!

Happy Birthday, Petite Petals

I absolutely love our Itty Bitty Accent Punches. I hope they have a set each year!

Supplies:

Paper:
Island Indigo
Smokey Slate 3" x 5 1/4"

Inks:
Island Indigo

Stamps:
Sky is the Limit (retired)

Accessories:
Itt Bitty Accent Punches

Glue Dots
Dimensionals (under the Smokey Slate)
Bakers Twine (Island Indigo)

With sympathy...

Hi Everyone! I have one of those cards to share with you today. Yep, a sympathy one!

Part of me really doesn't like to make them, but the other part really wouldn't want someone to get a store bought one, especially during difficult times.

Petite, Petals, Teeny Tiny Wishes

I find with Sympathy cards, Clean and Simple is the way to go.

The embossing folder Perfect Polka Dots (retired unfortunately!) goes perfectly, especially with the little pearls added to the small flowers.

Supplies:

Paper:
Whisper White 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
Basic Black 3 3/4" x 5"

Inks:
Rose Red
Blushing Bride
Mossy Meadow

Stamps:
Petal Potpourri
Petite Petals
Teeny Tiny Wishes

Accessories:
1/2" Circle Punch
Banner Punch
Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder (retired)
Flower Medallion Punch
Petite Petals Punch
Glue Dots
Dimensionals
Pearls

Thanks for stopping by, if you have any questions let me know!

A little sympathy

Hi Everyone! Today's card is kind of a sad one...  sympathy. Unfortunately something happens and we need to send these kinds of cards.

petite petals

When I find a really beautiful greeting/sentiment stamp I keep them. I think they are timeless. I have no idea where I got this one, I have had it for many many years.

As for the leaves they are from Stampin' Up!, (retired of course) but you could use any leaf stamp and the flowers are from Petite Petals.

The colours are Crumb Cake for the base of the card, Old Olive for the leaves and Daffodil Delight for the flowers. The greeting/sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso.

Thanks for stopping by, if you have any questions let me know!

Flowering Flourishes and Petite Petals

Hi Everyone! Not a very nice day here. Great day to stay inside and craft.

For today's card, I challenged myself with using colours that I haven't used together in a long time. When I look at this card I wonder why not!

petite petals, circle of spring

Night of Navy and Cherry Cobbler look amazing together! I think maybe because they are both very dark colours to me. I love how this turned out, what do you think?

Hi Everyone! Today, I have a fun little project to share with you. This really cute Tea Light Holder. They will be given to my daughters teachers at the end of the school year as a little thank you gift. Chocolate chip and pistachio pudding

Hi everyone! Chocolate chip and pistachio pudding, sounds yummy doesn't it? I'm not talking about food, but about the colours that I used for this card. I would have never put them together until I saw another card with them. I knew I had to try it too! I can't remember what stamp sets they used, I just remember the colours.

I used Whisper White cardstock as the base of the card, then layered it with Chocolate Chip and Pistachio Pudding, then I put one more layer of Whisper White to stamp on. I really like the way this has turned out.

I'm back!

Hi everyone! Sorry you haven't heard from me in a while (wasn't feeling well), the good news is that I am back!

Let's get right to the card I have for you today. We made these (card and envelope) at a recent Stamp-A-Stack that I had. I wanted to show the ladies how easy and wonderful the Envelope Punch Board is.
