See those Dimensionals!? Both clouds have them, however the cloud on top has one on top of the other so it can pop up higher. The kites just have one each.

Love your card. Could you tell me a little about how you did the clouds please? I'm new to cardmaking and so far clouds are something I really am struggling with. These are super little clouds.
